SQHT's Height Increase Insoles - Heel Shoe Lift Inserts for Achilles Tendonitis and Leg Length Discrepancy, Heel Cushion for Men & Women (Large (0.6" Height))

I purchased these in July 2023 after partially tearing the gastrocnemius muscle in both calves and a full range of motion hurt. Adding these into my shoes was an absolute game changer and allowed me to remain mobile while those muscles healed. They healed completely many months ago, but I keep these inserts in my shoes that I regularly use to go on walks in, and they’re so comfortable. I’d also consider them to be very durable as I HAD to wear them every day for months and they’re still completely in tact. They fit easily in all of my shoes except for sock-like athletic shoes such as Nike Metcons, in which they take up too much space. I did not find them to slide around due to the sticky rubber portion, and they are easy to put in and remove. Great product for my needs.

I tore my patellar tendon back in high school, and ever since, I’ve noticed that leg stopped growing, leaving my right leg about an inch taller. Walking and standing have been a constant nuisance because of the imbalance and hip stress. After using one of these, the amount of relief I feel is unreal! I can finally stand straight without any strain on my hip and thigh! They’re super comfortable, easy to install, and it only took me about 10 minutes to get use to.

So I bought these to help with foot dorsiflexion due to a high impact talus fracture. Definitely helped but my foot at the end of the day was hurting so bad. I’m going to have to ease into a full day of wearing these. Might actually get the bigger ones. They’re quite comfy though, no heel pain at all. They do however slide around just a little. I’ll update later on for how well and for how long they hold up.

I bought these two correct one leg that' is shorter than the other by just over 1/2" . I received them today and knew right off that they weren't going to be 1/2" because they're so squishy. It would have been nice if they were a little bit more solid so they maintain the 1/2" height.

I have a huge leg length discrepancy since hip replacement surgery and these 1 1/4" lifts make my legs completely even so I can walk without a limp. The material is comfortably soft yet sturdy - not like some gel lifts that are too "squishy". One review mentioned a terrible odor, but mine have no odor. I wear a women's size 9-9.5 shoe, and I ordered the Large size lifts so they would fit snugly in both my boots and sneakers - and they fit perfectly without slipping (even without removing the plastic sheet from the bottom which allows me to easily move them between shoes). The only issue with lifts this high is that your heel wants to slip out of lower shoes when walking, so to fix that issue, I bought some clip-on boot straps which I clip to the sides of my sneakers; they keep my foot from wanting to come out. Highly recommend these lifts from SQHT!!

don't think you'll ever be able to move to another pair of shoes. very sticky glue to keep it in place. uncomfortable.
