Beautiful keepsake of a classic story
Lovely hard cover book. Beautiful illustrations. Story just as I remembered it. My daughter and I have really enjoyed this book.

Long book for 3 year old
Story is very good. Forgot how detailed Runyard Kipling is. It’s a bit hard for a three year old to grasp. I had to break it down for her to stay interested. She is amazed by Mongooses right now.

Wonderful story for kids
Read this in grade school and never forgot the story of the brave little mongoose. Bought this for my grandson because we couldn't find it in any library or bookstore--what a shame! My grandson and I loved reading it together.
