NO MORE BLACK CORD!
The Company must have finally listened to the complaints on the black cord. Mine has a clear cord which really blends in. It is a very nice and well made chandelier! Very elegant looking! It was easy to install. You should be aware that it is ONLY rated for 40 watt bulbs or lower. Adding a dimmer switch is a must!

Pretty light for living room!
We love this chandelier! I was happy to find it on Amazon for a significantly cheaper price than another online lighting company. I will say that the arms of this light are more yellow than it looks on my computer. It is still very rustic and works for my space though. The cord is a dark brown... I do wish they had gone with a clear cord. Other than that, we really like it.

It will LIGHT up your room
Packed well, all pieces and directions were in the box. Installation went smoothly as I was replacing a previous fixture. I was pleasantly surprised the quality & look for the price is terrific. I absolutely love everything about it! And NO, I did remove Roy, my UNC buddy!

Beautiful Product- Terrible Customer Service
I loved this light fixture. I bought it for my dining room which has tall ceilings. I have been trying for two weeks to get the company, LNC Home to send me more chain (it is a very unique chain, which was part of the appeal). I have received many different emails within the company with different responses. I was willing to pay $40 for 24 inches of chain, Finally, I am told they have sent out my chain. Then 10 minutes later I receive an email from a different person within the company telling me, they will be shipping me a black chain! I have wasted 2 weeks waiting on this product that will not work. Very very disorganized company. Sad, products are beautiful :-( I am now going to have to send back to Amazon and purchase somewhere else, as I certainly am not paying for a black chain when that is not came with the original fixture. So so beyond frustrated!!
