Chemical Guys, Lightning Fast Carpet & Upholstery Stain Extractor, 1 Gallon

I have a husband who works 50 hours a week in construction, a 15 year old son who loves to fish and routinely walks around outside in socks or bare feet, and an 11 year old daughter who plays 3 outdoor sports and is experimenting with makeup. So, I don’t know what possessed me to purchase a nearly white couch for my main living area 4 years ago, aside from that I thought it was pretty and it happened to be on sale. I am routinely cleaning that thing, and this spray is AMAZING. I mainly use it on the frame because the cushion covers are washable, and I am routinely impressed that the frame does not look any darker or dirtier than the washable parts. The best way to use this spray is with a pot lid and a white towel (yeah, you read that right). Spray it on the area you want to clean, scrub the area with the pot lid to agitate the fabric, then wrap the white towel around the pot lid and scrub again. You’ll see RINGS of dirt lift off onto the towel, and the cleaned spot will dry quickly. The smell is fine, not strong of offensive. It very concentrated, but I don’t dilute it. Use small amounts, a little goes a long way (it foams up when agitated). It’s easy to use, just spray and agitate and wipe. It’s also fairly versatile, it works on carpet and furniture upholstery and car seats as well. I have even used it to lift stubborn sports on clothes (only white fabrics though). It will remove dirt stains, makeup, food stains, blood, color transfer from jeans, you name it. 100% recommend!

Some months ago I had mice get into my car, building nest in the blower heater filtration system. at least one had died in an inaccessible location and death smell rained down. It literally took months of spaying the cabin with deodorizers and disinfectants, difficult to drive with this mixed smell, windows down or cracked. I came across Chemical Guys spray,, read the reviews and pulled the trigger. Using this cleaning solution on every surface, including the cloth seats was easy with a little elbow grease. Chemical Guys extractor did great in removing all of the stains off the seats, cleaned every surface for any residual from the months of bombing the inside. Let everything dry, aired out, with the windows down. the smell of the hint of death is gone. windows up no smell. THANKS Chemical Guys. Thought I was going to take the car to the repair shop so they could tear the dash off just to find the little critter. Bests $10 spent.

Our dog brought some asphalt pieces into the house before we knew it. Nothing we tried worked. It was stuck to her feet still warm enough to stick to the carpet. I tried every cleaner we had in the utility room. Nothing worked. I bought this and the smaller brushes. My husband started at one end with me at the other. We were amazed how quickly that now cold and immovable beast droppings were released from the carpet. We vacuumed up the hard, sticky residue that remained on top but the black sticky stuff was gone. It sure did appear like the new carpet we just purchased. This is an amazing solution. No stain at all in the wake. It didn’t leak or drip. There was. I chemical smell either. We’ll keep it on the floor shelf for future accidents. I wouldn’t doubt the it would work on other types of flooring, maybe even walls. Excellent product! Thank you!

Update: It DID get this one bad stain I had and it did better than i thought, now it didnt get every single stain but it does work better than i originally thought. Smells alright, but didnt get any stains like I'd hoped.

I bought a 2010 Kia Soul Exclaim! And previous owner owns a landscaping co. I did not notice how filthy and stained the car was. The embedded dust, dirt, mud and stains were unbelievable. Even the car ceiling. I did not know what to do...I was looking at spending 50.00+ on car seat covers. And the carpet was worse. I used another companies upholstery cleaner first and used it ALL! Still filthy. I came across this brand in a Kia Soul Group and I purchased several products. I can't believe how fast and thoroughly this lifted out ground in dirt. Because it is so bad, I have done several applications on my seats, carpet and roof. It looks almost new!! These "GUYS" know their stuff!!!

so heads up, long review… i’m using voice to text so don’t mind the punctuation or lack there of. So between me and my boyfriend, we have five small dogs and for whatever reason they love rubbing their body against our white sofa and we’ve had the sofa for about a year and a half and it started getting a line around it to wear the bottom half looked brown, so we have been talking about trying to reupholster the sofa. We’ve even looked into buying slip covers. I’ve even been in contact with the company that made it saying about possibly getting the whole sofa rep holstered because I absolutely love the color of it. He has shampooed it before with. I can’t even tell you what kind of cleaner but this morning we were talking about it and I just did a quick Amazon search and I’m a review person. I will read reviews about anything I buy so I’m going to the reviews, I was pretty surprised that some of the before and after so I was like OK let me try it on my own. I bought three cleaners had them delivered in an hour, and I put this on a corner of my sofa wiped it off and saw how white it was and I was like no this other side has to look darker because of the lighting so I went to a different section did the same thing and in my head there’s no way that a cleaner can work that fast so I went and got a light taped off an area sprayed it with them without light so that I can see exactly how much of a difference it makes, and the difference I saw almost immediately is crazy to me. I didn’t even scrub it hard. It was barely like a gentle rub, and as the fabric dried, you can see how light it got. Back to the color that it originally was I should say you can literally tell a difference in the video that I’m posting along with the before, and after pictures, the after is about two minutes after I took off the tape and you can see a huge difference so if you’ve made it this far in the review, don’t waste any more of your time and buy this cleaner, especially if you have light furniture that you do not want to get rid of or that is still pretty new. So hands-down, the easiest cleaner I have ever used on a sofa. I didn’t need to pull out the shampooer from the closet. I literally just used a microfiber cloth again if you’ve made it this far, add it to your cart maybe add two. To cover all bases, it did not have a smell. You can’t get easier than a spray bottle. It was sealed shut with plastic around it. I had zero problems with delivery and also people need to realize that giving something a bad review because of the delivery should not be the fault of the product that was the delivery service so a lot of reviews should be taken up with Amazon versus the product that they are reviewing. this is about the product and how or if it works, the delivery is something the product cannot change

I purchased this product based on the reviews. I have roman blinds that are white in my living room and my couch is up against the window, my dog lays on the couch looking out the window. He of course is nosy and if the shades are down he noses them to see out, so his mouth/chin are rubbing on the seams. The edges along the seam became dirty as you can imagine. I tried this product based on the reviews that it would lift the dirt out. I sprayed waited a bit and used a soft brush to scrub and blotted the shades in attempt to get the dirt out. It barely removed anything. It only lifted the stains a little, the, its not a noticeable when the blinds are up but down you can still see the grime still when their down. I would say if the dirt/grime/stain is new, hasn't dried it might remove it entirely but if its set I would say don't expect 100% lift of the stain. It lighten the stains but their still there.

So i read the reviews and figured I may as well try this product since every other product Ive tried hasnt quite done the job and holy cow, this product is, by all means,, the absolute best carpet/fabric cleaner Ive ever tried. I have 3 young dogs that all went through puppyhood together, so there was the occasional accident on the carpet. in the same spot. a few times. Then a feral cat got inside and decided he would claim that spot as 'his.' Ive tried many cleaners from high end products all the way to dollar tree stain removers because, what the heck right? May as well try them all and hope something would work. We-hehehehe-ell, this product, my new, beloved carpet and upholstery stain extractor worked, on this mightiest of stains that I had surrendered to, just knowing I would have to remove this chunk of carpet and find this color, again, get some store to sell me a small chunk of said carpet, then watch countless hours of youtube to learn how to install a piece of carpet, somehow along the way mastering the art of said carpet installation only to find my self tearing out all the carpet to put down new then realizing I dont really like carpet installation at all. But i digress. Anyway, I used this product full strength because I was excited to try it and did not read 1 single word on the label. After spraying, I decided to see what these guys recommend on their label. Luckily, it can be used full strength or diluted. so i waited a few minutes and dug out the Chemical Guys carpet shampoo I had also ordered, read the instructions first, then eyeballed the proper dilution ration in a large bottle, attached my auto-turret sprayer, and went to town on the carpet. Dude, I literally watched the stain disappear AS I WAS SPRAYING IT! I thought maybe i was dreaming, but alas, I was pretty much totally awake, and this magic was really happening! So i got out my extractor to clean up the shampoo concoction I had on the carpet and I spied a stain from a spilled coke can, more like a can of coke 1 of my dear pups had, in fact, stolen from me and in an attempt to chug it, they dropped it in the hallway causing a nice corn syrupy mess. I geblitzed this stain as well and, you guessed it, i watched it just-go away. Vanished into thin air. Like the chemical guys snuck in wearing invisibility cloaks, armed with tiny rug doctor machines, and just cleaned it up and snuck back out-undetected. I kid you not, this is THE ONLY CARPET SHAMPOO OR CLEANER I have used that actually got a tinkle spot and a coke stain up-and OH!-did I mention the smell? These products have like NO CHEMICAL SMELL at all. And, they took away the little tinkle smell from the carpet with them when they snuck out with their rug doctors. I have been a fan of their car wash and wax, etc, products for quite some time, now Im pretty sure Im their biggest admirer in the fabric cleaning product line. If you have pets that have had an accident, or stolen your drinks, or if youre like me and clumsy, you probably have at least 1 dirty area on your fabric interior or your home carpet, then I strongly suggest you invest in this product and the fabric shampoo. Its costs a few dollars but it goes a long way, and if I would have tried this first, I would have saved at least 2oo$ in cleaning supplies trying to get one spot on the carpet cleaned, plus a lot of headache. In conclusion, the chemical guys must be wizards or magicians or whatever, but theyre my heroes right now-the carpet is clean and I am more than happy with this product.

Works great - I have been diluting as per the instructions and it does a super job cleaning food stains and sweat from my fabric car seats. No weird fragrance trying to mask odours, just cleans it up.

The items arrived at the scheduled date. Super good cleaner. Safe for the applications I require. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting the whitest of Whitewall tires. Long lasting and easy to use.

Not bad on the lounge and carpet.

Works good. Just use with a little water and a stiff brush.
