I really enjoyed the Lavazza ¡Tierra! Organic Whole Bean Coffee. It has a very smooth, clean flavor with low bitterness and a nice balanced aroma. For a light roast, it still has plenty of flavor without tasting weak or acidic. The beans were fresh and produced a rich, pleasant smell as soon as the bag was opened. It works especially well for drip coffee and espresso machines, giving a smooth cup with subtle fruity and floral notes. I also appreciate that it’s organic and sourced with sustainability in mind. This is very good light roast coffee. I enjoy the taste of it. I feel it’s worth buying and trying if you are thinking about it. You will not be disappointed.

This is a very flavorful coffee. However, it is very strong in flavor. I found that one tbsp for an 6-8 ounce cup of coffee works fine. 2 tablespoons is a bit too much for one cup. Seems to blend nicely with decaf, for a good cup of half caff. A-/B+

I bought the light roast and it’s absolutely delicious. I usually drink breakfast blends - Dunkin’ Donuts brand, Seattle’s Best blonde roast, etc. Hearing so much about organic coffees and sustainable farming, I decided to switch to this and I’m very pleased with it. It’s very smooth and flavorful. My new favorite!

We love this coffee in our Kitchenaid auto espresso maker. It is smooth and great for espresso drinks. Great value especially if they are running a promo. We just ordered two more bags!

I used to dislike light roast coffee and only drank dark roast. I read an article that suggested better health benefits with light or medium roast. I searched and decided on this brand. I've been hooked ever since. It is smooth not bitter as I anticipated. It pains me to drink Foldgers when I run out. Also I like grinding my own beans so I can actually see what I am drinking. The taste is rich and balanced.
