How long does it take to work if used daily ?

Thoroughly cleanse skin and pat dry. Apply sparingly over face and neck, making sure to avoid the eye area. Can be used once a day at bedtime or as directed by a physician. To avoid irritation, begin by applying every other day until your skin shows improved tolerance. At night, always apply a moisturizer after use. In the daytime, always protect skin with a Broad Spectrum SPF 30 or higher and limit sun exposure while using this product

Has anyone used this with sucess for the female shadow mustache called malasma? I do not have any hair but a shadow as if I could grow a mustache.

It works perfectly. What i did was wash my face with a gentle facial cleanser, apply this to my entire face, then add a non comedogenic lotion to moisturize. Give it a few days and it will work. I did that process twice a day, day and night and marks that I had for years are going away!

Can this be used on my hands as well ?

This product works great for your face. My opinion is if it works for your face then I would think it would work for your hands.

If I have a few dark spots, is it better to just apply it to those spots or apply it on my face entirely?

I would only apply to those spots. It didn't really work for me either way though. Made my face burn.
