I like the smell, relaxes me, helps me sleep
I tried this in my diffuser at night and I really enjoy it. I have a terrible time trying to sleep from pain and tension (welcome to getting old). My wife also commented to me about how she enjoyed it to help her relax at night so I setup a recurring order and now we are both quite happy, at least with the aroma thearpy. The old adage; if momma is happy, the house is happy.
