He has naturally curly hair & has no problem brushing through it. I'm always a little worried when I purchase things online because it's a hit or miss unfortunately however desertcart did me solid with this one! The quality of this item is pretty good close to excellent. My son has long curly hair and sometimes brushes can get caught in his hair or vice versa LOL however once again the brush works very well in his hair I'm very satisfied with this and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody.
