I have been using this product for years! Being a competitive powerlifter, I tweek muscles and joints from time to time. A little of this stuff goes a long way! Just be sure to wear had protection, you DO NOT want to get this stuff in your eyes, and even rubbing your eye hours after applying will result in eye pain IF you do not wear gloves. Also note, water hitting the spot seems to make this hotter. For example, when you take a shower the day after applying, you will feel it heat up again, may even get a little red - even with COLD water (which does not feel very cold on the application spot. Great stuff. I also use their "Leg Tightner", which is just a higher concentration of Menthol with a very minute amount of Capsaicin. I drive both products deeper with a little bit of dmso as well.

works very well, apply about an hour early, and once the sweating begins, the heat therapy feels so good! Have persistent shin splints and this all but fixes the problem. This was reccomended to me by a former NFL player that swears by the product.

I can't say enough great things about this product! It's my pre and post workout rub. The heat is extreme but only for a little while. I suffered from plantar fasciitis and I used this to help with the soreness and inflammation. It works, it works, it works, it works. 😁😁😁😁❤❤❤❤❤

Perfect for aches/pains and to help warm up before a lifting session. A little goes a long way, too! Disposable gloves would be a wise thing to purchase as well for application. Washing my hands THREE times didn't completely remove it (ask me how I know).

This liniment, when used for soreness and lifting related injuries, will definitely help with localized pain or soreness but be careful how you use. This will heat up substantially, especially when you sweat. If you lather it in, the heat will be unbearable. Wash you hands after each use, especially before touching eyes or using the bathroom. That can become very uncomfortable.

If you are a strength athlete, this is as good as it gets. It burns and stings, but it works.

Equi-Block pretty much cures up any 'floating pain' from training. Use this and take about 500mg of naproxin, and you're good to go. Words of warning - don't use on sensitive areas, and don't be fooled when it doesn't heat up immediately ... when the sweating starts, the burning builds. Apply with something other than your bare hands.
