Good one to use if you are on tight budget

I am writing this review after using the mattress for nearly 3 years. Overall, the comfort level of the mattress has been good; however, I am facing a serious issue with the splitting of the first layer of the mattress, mainly the memory foam layer. I raised a complaint with Sleepyhead through email, but their response was disappointing. They stated that they could not identify the split issue from the pictures provided and refused to send a technician for inspection, even though the product was still under warranty and this type of issue was covered as per the warranty terms. This has been a very disappointing purchase experience. A product's quality is not only about comfort but also about how well the company supports customers after the sale. I expected better after-sales service and support from Sleepyhead, especially for a product covered under warranty.
