Cheap product.
Not a good watch. Got it for my daughter for Christmas. Have been trying to set it up since then. Can’t get anything to connect. The screen has already cracked too.

Doesn’t even turn on.
Got this for my son for Christmas. He was very excited when he opened it, but quickly saddened when the thing didn’t even turn on (and yes- we have tried charging it.)

I am having difficulty getting it set up. I will try one more time and if it doesn’t work I will return it.
