Excellent product and service
Excellent product and exactly as advertised. This was bought as a replacement for a well worn identical one! Would certainly recommend the product and the seller. Top marks all around!

A very interesting and valuable book that is a must for travelling around england.
The writing is easily read and can act as a directory for road trips around england. I liked the scotland edition and have not been let down by this one.

Pure gentle escapism - exactly what is needed right now
I’ve bought hundreds of books and never written a review before now. I’m compelled to write about this one because this book is a shard of happy sunlight on a miserable dark Covid-immersed world. Dorey writes like another favourite of mine, the lovely Mr Nigel Slater. Self-effacing, humorous without being annoying, and able to conjure up a feeling of nostalgia in a few anecdotal phrases. Inspiring and informative with beautiful photos which reflect the reality of our overwhelming diverse landscape, this generous book is one to dip in and out of, or devour hungrily in only a few heady days. Can’t wait to follow in his footsteps, as soon as we emerge from this dystopian nightmare. Thank you, Martin, I’m moseying along in your footsetps, albeit vicariously for now.
