Amazing product. Easy to use, and does what it says it’s going to do. Cleans within moments. Had stained grout and this took it out and made it bright white again.

Works great. Water beaded up after 2 coats on 20+ year old grout. Sprayed in a cup and painted in like other reviews said.

Ease of use and sealing
The product itself seems to seal grout well but the application of spraying it and getting it all over the tile is bad. I had to pry the nozzle off and pour the solution in a container and apply with a narrow brush. In some cases one coat worked.

How many coats
Not as effective after two very generous coast. Water resistance is poor after 24 hrs curing, the spray is messy and top is hard to remove (safe and secure, that's never a bad thing) so I sprayed it into a container and used a brush like other reviewers suggested. Maybe one more coat will do it.

Very good product!
Works as described and it is a very good product. No strong smells and so far the best found anywhere else . I used it following the directions and the explanatory video and I have good results.

Excellent and worked
Re-grouted my kitchen floor and then used this sealed. Tumble marble on the floor so it's pour's. I put the sealer over the grout and the stone and so far it's held up very well. I'm doing a 2nd coat this weekend for more protection. It works, i see the water beading up instead of absorbing into the grout. Highly recommend

Great product and effective
Great product and good value. I used just 20% of it to grout my 500sft living room. I sprayed into a container and use a brush to apply to the grout. To test its effectiveness, i left some grout without the sealer and 8 hrs later, i applied water to the grout. Those without the sealer absorbed the water while those with sealer. the water stayed as a blot on the surface. And this is just one round of application. Highly recommended!

Easy to apply, works great!
Like that it was easy to use. What i did was to spray into a cup and then use a brush to apply over grout lines. I let it rest and then reapply twice. Seems good after a week or so!
