Directions: Add 1 teaspoon of yeast per gallon of wine. Yeast can either be added directly or made as a starter first. To make a starter, add the yeast to half cup of luke warm water (not hot) and 1 teaspoon of sugar, stir to mix and leave to stand for 15 minutes before stirring again and adding to the wine must. Fermentation Temperature Range: Best results are achieved when a temperature between 20-24°C is maintained. The yeast can withstand temperatures outside this range, but fermentation may be slower. Ingredient Mix: 60% Dried Yeast, 15% Di-ammonium Phosphate, 15% Ammonium Sulphate, 10% Magnesium Sulphate. Ingredient Declarations: Dried Yeast, Di-ammonium Phosphate, Ammonium Sulphate, Magnesium Sulphate. Please note that once opened the SWYC must be re-sealed in the pack and kept refrigerated, and used within 3 months
