Smart Fresh 3-in-1 Tricycle Color: Blue/Green

It is everything I expected except for the wheels, I asked if they were rubber and the answer was "yes". They are not which means the wheels will most likely wear out before my grandson is on to the next bike. We have not gotten to use it yet because of all the miserable weather.

Cute but no written instructions, just some obscure pictures.

I don't normally post negative reviews, but I have had a terrible experience with Smart-Trike's customer service. My daughter received a blue. green, and purple smart trike for her 1st birthday (the "purple" is actually dark blue). It was a gift that was ordered on-line and is not returnable. While the bike itself is fine and wasn't too difficult to assemble, the plastic basket that goes on the back of the bike was warped and discolored. I called the phone number provided by Smart-Trike on the instructions and found it was disconnected. So, two weeks ago, I contacted Smart-Trike's customer service through their website. Upon two requests, I e-mailed two sets of pictures of the damaged basket to Smart-Trike. I was initially told that since the basket wasn't cracked, it could not be replaced by the company. I argued that the discoloration and warping of the plastic was damage too. After asking for a working phone number or to have a manager contact me, Smart-Trike stopped replying to my e-mails for nearly a week. Smart-Trike finally responded that it would send me a new basket if I paid $15 for shipping, which I find outrageous. I suggest buying from a competitor. Little Tikes has similar bikes and a working 1-800 number.

MY twins loved these bikes!! They are exactly what we wanted and adorable!! Everyone compliments me on them and asks where to buy them!!

Excellent product, my son loves it!Only slight gripe is the steering has loosened off a bit but it's not too much of a problem it's just a bit harder to control, not a major issue

Liess sich gut mit meiner Tochter gut zusammenbauen. Alle Stücke da. Für den Preis alles okay. Nur aufgepasst er kippt sehr schnell. Nur für Eltern lenkbar und aufgepasst Kind kann darin noch schaukeln und sich vielleicht mit den Füssen zwischen den Pedalen verheddern, da die Fussabstütze doch recht nahe ist und die Pedalen troz Leerlauf sich mit drehen. Nicht für zappelegige Kinder geignet. Gurte besser etwas anziehen. Aufgepasst kein Stossschutz auf dem Lenker. Beim Lenken grosse Kurven mit einrechnen. Meiner war brav und genoss die Aussicht auf dessen Augenhöhe. An sonsten schicker Wagen.

Super schönes Dreirad. Einfach aufzubauen und zu handhaben. Wunderschöne Farben. Sehr gute Qualität. Junior ist begeistert und wir können es jetzt schon gut nutzen (Er ist 12 Monate alt).

Sohnemann liebt es darin kutschiert zu werden! Noch ist er zu klein um an die Pedale zu gelangen, ich denke aber dass ihm das Fahren anschließend auch sehr viel Spaß machen wird! Jeden Cent wert!

My Grandaughter loves it. This is the second one we have purchased. Now the grandchildren have one each. Will buy again.
