Kleinert's Washable Incontinence Diaper Cover Pant, Beige, XL | Made in USA

I am so happy that I ordered these pull on nylon pants. They are just what the description says and I do not sweat in these pants. These pants are also comfortable, waterproof and noiseless. I ordered two pair of the pull on pants, just to have a change when I need to wash the other pair. I washed them in the machine and hung them to dry, and that only took very little time. They might cost more, but they are worth the money. I ordered 2X because my thighs are thick and they are just the perfect fit. I previously bought vinyl pull on that made me sweat like crazy. Whenever I had to go to change, my backside was soaked with sweat. I ordered 1X in these vinyl pants and they looked as if I was wearing bloomers, as my husband called them. They were way too big.Vinyl pants are not water proof and they took a long time to dry when hung. I would highly recommend the, Waterproof Adult Pull-On Pants, Advanced Duralite-Soft, Noiseless - Kleinert's. They are worth the price and you will not be wearing sweatpants.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so happy about these that I have to. I want to let others know how much I like them. I wore them for the first time when I was extremely sick with the flu and very weak. So weak that I couldn’t always make it to the toilet in time. What a relief to have these on and shield the furniture. They have been a game-changer for me. When I recovered, I thought I’d only use them at night for the protection. Wrong!! I am using them night and day and feel so much more secure and confident about my incontinence. I don’t worry as much and that has been wonderful. I feel like I’ll be able to do a few more things now without the constant worry. I just rinse them out in the sink in the morning, hang them up to dry, don another pair and I’m good for the day. I haven’t put them in the washing machine yet but I don’t anticipate a problem. I’ll just wash them in a gentle cycle and hang to dry. They actually hold a lot as I seem to “drain all night long.” They are expensive but for my problem I think they are well worth it. I have bought 6 pair now, xxl and xxxl and I think the xxl are the best fit for me although I’ll wear both. They have been a big help to me.

Material not too stiff, not noisy, and hand wash/line dry. Ordered large that fits loose for my mom's petite hips; a medium might be better but will keep the large in case she has to wear a diaper. The elastic in the groin area isn't stiff and placing an overnight pad fits/sticks to the inner bottom. Ordered two since one may not last long since the material doesn't look durable to last. Protection level may work since the bottom area is well covered. There was a smell when I opened the package but it disappeared after a light wash/dry.

I ordered 2 pair of the beige hoping that the elastic in the legs would be a little, but it is actually tighter than the white ones I already have. Plus it seems to be narrower elastic so it becomes very small in some places causing it to pinch and become painful. I really don't think they are as good as the white ones.

The pull up is as advertised: it does not leak and covers my regular underwear and pads, it is true to size and washable. However, it IS like wearing a plastic bag that is puffy with tight legs and waist that crinkles and makes noise with movement, is hot and uncomfortable. I am continuing to use the pull on cover until I find a better solution.

Purchased for my elderly Dad with Parkinson's Disease. Needed extra coverage for over the adult diapers, as he cannot get up on his own and can sleep for up to 10 hours at night. He also likes to sleep on his side. He has unusual measurements, 38" waist, 41" hips and 21" thighs. The Medium on this product works great. They stipulate to make sure the thigh (leg) measurement is the most accurate or you may experience leaks. So, that's how I ended up purchasing the Medium. It has a nice tight fit around his legs, without cutting off his circulation. It also fits tightly around his waist. The material is also very nice and comfortable. I am so very pleased with this product. We've used it several times with no leaks, it did have one small leak on one night, but Dad did stay in bed for 12 hours when it did. I always have a protective bed pad under him anyway, so I don't have to wash all the bedding only the water proof bed pad. I highly recommend this product for anyone using overnight diapers and need that extra layer of protection. Without this cover up I would be washing the bed pad every day. I was so pleased with it I purchased another one.

At between 20 or $30 a pair that seems a little pricey but anything else online you order it could be $15 for five pairs but they're literally just plastic and put yourself in the position of being incontinent and peeing and pooping in your pants and then also having just straight plastic over it to hold it in so it doesn't leak that'd be a nightmare these duracool five star All The Way they are waterproof protective but also soft and gentle on the skin they come in all perfect different sizes for different ages and they're completely reusable rewashable I wash them in the machine I don't dry them I let them air dry but best thing I've ever discovered for use with having a special needs child to use this diapers absolutely suggest getting these

Unfortunately, these were way to big. My dad wears a medium and I ordered a medium. I should have heeded other's feedback saying these were too. We needed at least two or three sizes smaller and there is only one size smaller, so we've returned. Thus if you are a large, I recommend ordering a small and then on up. We are returning and have to look at another product which will be truer to size.

I’ve tried a variety of plastic pants over the years, mostly PVC styles, and these are easily my favourite. I’ve ordered them many times and have tried all the colours. For the sake of transparency, I don’t wear these for a medical condition or over diapers/padding; I just enjoy wearing plastic pants. Still, I have a lot of experience wearing them and feel qualified to comment on their construction, comfort, practicality, and overall performance. The biggest difference with these pants is the material. Unlike traditional PVC or PU pants, these use a nylon outer fabric with a plastic inner coating. They feel dramatically lighter and cooler than standard vinyl pants, and are comfortable enough to wear all day and night.Despite the light, airy feel, they still perform as you’d hope. In my experience, they effectively contain moisture whether sitting, lounging, or moving around throughout the day. The only minor negative I’ve encountered with these relates to the leg bands. These pants have thick, comfortable leg bands, although they can absorb and transfer moisture if too much liquid runs down there. To be fair, this is a common issue I have with all the plastic pants I've tried. Plastic simply doesn’t absorb anything on its own, so if the inside of the pants get too wet, they leak (unless the leg elastics are uncomfortably tight). But, if you wear absorbent padding under, this is probably not going to be an issue. These are easy to rinse out and clean either on the go or at the end of the day, and they tolerate machine washing surprisingly well. I’m always careful to not put them in with anything that could damage them, and dry them on low/no heat (or hang them to dry).Sizing is conservative but accurate. The size chart is trustworthy if you measure honestly, especially around the thighs. If you’re between sizes, or if you plan to wear these over thick diapers or heavier padding, sizing up is probably a safe choice. The leg elastics are snug enough that going up a size shouldn’t compromise containment.I appreciate that the waistband is cut lower than many traditional plastic pants. That makes them much easier to conceal under normal clothing during daytime wear. Folding the waistband under makes them look even less diaper-adjacent. For someone needing lots of coverage, a higher-waisted design might be preferable. The color selection is great. I've tried them all and love each one. If it matters, the lighter colors (white, beige, and pink) are slightly translucent, and you can definitely tell when they’re wet. The darker colors (blue, gray, and black) provide complete opacity. Also, despite the product description suggesting they’re “quiet,” some colors produce a noticeable rustling sound, especially when new. In practice, though, I rarely notice it in ordinary environments, and after a couple washes the material softens considerably and becomes much quieter.Overall, I think these are an excellent option both for people who genuinely need waterproof protective pants and for anyone else interested in a more comfortable alternative to traditional PVC styles. They strike a rare balance between comfort, practicality, and effective protection.

Comme cette couche de protection est aussi plastifiée à l'intérieur, je craignais qu'elle soit inconfortable mais la personne qui la porte n'a aucun inconfort avons pris XL, puisqu'elle porte avec une couche large et elle est amplement grande.

cheap feeling plastic, noisy, uncomfortable and the legs are far too tight

For years I have purchased one type only-I wish I could still get them-these were made for kids not adults-very disappointed
