my pot shows rust stains inside and water comes out yellow,no whistle either.who do i contact to send it back?

Theres a label that says max and mine doesnt have it. Where can I know how much to not overfill it?

Instructions said bellow the holes if you want the whistle sound when water boils as this sound is caused by the steam which needs to get out. I normally over fill mine and the lid, not the spout, makes a strong sound, when water boils. Water gets really hot soon, careful if you fill it up too much as the water will pour out like "jumping" when you pour it.
