I have a kitten runt of the litter. Neck maybe 3 inches. I custom cut and made a nylon collar. I cut most of strap off. It worked I didn’t go small enough and he had it in his mouth. The break away is not good for such a small kitten needed force. Although I consider this on the high side for my budget , i bought the kitten one , my alteration was cutting some extra strap off. Making an additional hole for Buckel and an extra hole fir snap and I have it fitting perfect. The breakaway is very easy for a kitten. I live in the city. A busy house this little guy hasn’t even had shots yet he’s still under 2 lbs. when he’s bigger I’ll get another it’s light and I like the silicone. My older cat i use a nylon with built in AirTag holder so no dangling. It is not a breakaway it has a strip of elastic that they can pull it off if snagged. It’s cute , i didn’t care about reflective he’s not going out. It’s adjustable to a point. But the kitten size is for a kitten. I need the bell. I hate dangling things but I am satisfied with this.

I really like the color selection. We have four female cats and each one has her own cute feminine collar to fit her personality. The material is nice and comfortable and my cats didn’t seem to mind them since the moment I first put them on. No scratching or pawing at them desperately to try to take them off. As opposed to those low quality nylon collars that are cheaply made and make the poor babies scratch non stop. These are made very well, and are easy to adjust. The collar has a cover that hides the buckle and snaps into place so there is no danger of it coming loose. The slack is tucked under the collar so there isn’t anything hanging out making the collar look very clean and your cat won’t chew on anything. It also has the break away safety feature which makes me feel at ease knowing that if they ever escape and get hung on something outside, the collar will come off and the cat will not be trapped. They come with a little bell which can be removed. We originally bought these collars because we decided to go with an all natural non chemical flea and tick pendant so we needed a collar sturdy enough to handle the weight of the pendant for an entire year. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

They are great ~ Love the design & that my cats aren’t allergic to the material that they are made out of ~ but they only last if you’re lucky about a month past the return window ~ this is the 2nd one that has broken on my cats. (Purchased 8 for 8 Indoor Cats.!! All different designs.!!) But the all plastic clasp / closure besides the metal pin for what reason ~~ which does no good ~~ has broken in 2 of the collars in 60 days.!!! On pretty lazy cat ~ The collars are great because when the cats scratch with claws they are not destroyed by the claws.!! But the closure need to be that which is on other collars so I’m not throwing such an expensive collar away after 45 days.!!!! Great for the selling company not for the purchasing animal lover.!

UPDATE 2: I gave the collar a second life! The grommets pull out easily. So, I used the remaining material to loop back onto the clip and a screw driver to stab a hole then I pushed the grommet through—Omitting the other unnecessary grommet/charm. I was just about to swap for a new common-type collar on hand and realized fixing it seemed rather simple and quick. Success! UPDATE 1: just shy of 5 months the collar has reached its end of life. The collar gave way just beside the charm/grommet—likely due to being repeatedly caught by the paw when scratching. Also partly torn at the loop attaching to the buckle. It’s been two months now and it has held up perfectly well so far. Lucy is a chronic groomer so I wanted something that wouldn’t look horribly frayed and tattered due to her habits; This collar has been great for that. Breakaway feature was a must and this one meets expectations. The collar has only fallen off of her once, just today, for unknown reasons (to be expected with any breakaway collar, so that’s passable). Overall the materials do feel cheap, which was my initial impression—so I wasn’t expecting we’d make it this far. The buckle feature used to size the collar is an unconventional style—It’s similar to a standard belt in the way it has a prong that goes through one of many sizing holes but it also has a cover that clips and conceals it; The prong here is very thin plastic which was my primary concern to question the collar’s longevity. I imagined this would have been the first part to fail but it has not broken. I imagined the silicone band would be the second part to give way but all is still well after two months. I like that the silicone is soft enough for daily comfort and that it does not pull her fur (domestic shorthair). She seems to be content with it too. [If the collar breaks I will come back and update my review so you can know how long it lasted too.]

I was really excited about this collar but it literally lasted 1 month before it broke. Also there’s nothing to tuck the end of the collar into so it just hangs out. Thankfully I was there when it happened.

I have been buying this brand of cat collars for years now. My boy looks so handsome in this! The color is very cute and bell is a nice sound. The breakaway collar part of it doesn't come off too easily but does come off when intended. It's soft rubber so easy to wipe clean and adjustable so I can make sure it's a comfy fit. I haven't had any complaints from kitties either after putting this on them and material doesn't cause any bad reactions. Honestly, no complaints. It lasts for a few months-year until the rubber snaps from wear which I'm okay with. It's worth the buy.

These are the best collars I have purchased - this is my third purchase. The release is not too tight or too loose. I have a little boy who is a magician. These stay put. My other cat has the same collar and it stays put. I was a little concerned when I bought the collar about the silicone. Absolutely no issues.

Love that these collars are made from soft silicone that doesn’t irritate your cats neck. Mine don’t mind having these on at all. I did think they were quite pricey at first but I’m so glad I bought them. They have great colours in their range, the bell is not too loud, have the safety break away feature and look super stylish. Just hope my two cats don’t loose their new collars but if they did would only buy this brand from now on. I would highly recommend your cats will love you for getting them this super soft comfortable safe stylish collar.

I’ve had a Kittyrama collar with a previous senior cat and it was a great collar, so I recently ordered them for my two new 4-year-old rescue cats. Within three hours of putting them on, one of the collars has torn across 50% of its width during a play fight. Given that play fighting is an important part of feline sibling relationships, it’s disappointing that the collars are not more durable. I thought I was purchasing collars that would last much longer than fabric collars, but this is not the case. Under three hours lifespan is ridiculous. Very disappointed.
