I saw a video to relieve shoulder pain and i decided to try this out. I figured the motion was the same as what they were trying to sell and it was sooooo much cheaper. I did the exercises with it (forward, side and angled) and it has helped my shoulder impingement. (not completely fixed, but definitely a lot better)

Bought these for a BOD program, work perfectly. only thing is one of the handles screws off every now and then, not sure if it's a user error or a product error, but it's not a big deal you just screw it back on.

These have a good weight to them. Not too light or too heavy. My heart rate definitely gets up using them and my arms get a bit of a workout as well. They also seem well made. It’s hard to get the coordination at first and it hurts when the balls hit my forearms but I think once I get more coordinated that will be less of an issue. Definitely easier to use for me than a jump rope that I have to keep stopping because i jump on the rope. They are comparable to the BOD ropes but I believe the balls on these are a little bigger and the cords are a bit shorter than the BOD ropes. Overall happy with the purchase.

This is the most fantastic product! I can now work out in my living room without knocking stuff over!! I highly recommend this seller as well. Product was well packaged and arrived very quickly. Love the weighted handles that are padded in neoprene for comfort and absorbing sweat for a no slip grip! These ropes can be incorporated into any workout to raise intensity and fun! My kitties thought they were new toys for them because of the balls on the end. Best purchase I've made this year!

I'm giving this a 3 because I'm still using them and thankful my husband fixed them after they broke. The small cable in one of the ropes broke a week after I started using them for MBF. One is still jiggley and sounds like it can break, but it's held together. My husband was able to fix the one that broke quickly, so that was helpful. They're not super expensive, just disappointed they broke in the 1st place. It takes a minute to get used to using them, there's a definite learning curve in the non-dominant hand.

I saw these on a workout video on Instagram and I was super excited to find out what they were. I purchase not only myself some, but I got a pair for my BFF. I really enjoyed using them even though I've only had them for a day. The dog wants to play every time I pull them out LOL. They're comfortable in your hands and seem to be balanced well, not too heavy however the balls are a little large, about the size of a tennis ball, but it really has not affected the jumping rope process. I would definitely purchase these again for friends and family that may benefit from these. Price was very good!

These are a solid replacement for the traditional jump rope and perfect for those who do their workouts in smaller spaces. They are also very easy to use and require no set up out of the bag.

Even though I have been seriously involved in numerous martial arts (Judo, Jujitsu, Karate-Do, Boxing, Wrestling, Krav Maga, American Combatives etc.) and combat fitness programs (HIT, weight training, Tactical Aerobics’, Samurai Aerobics, SEAL and other military fitness routines etc.) for more than 65 years; my age and physical limitations because of medical issues have slowed me down a little. I can no longer do regular rope jumping (due to medical issues) and it is one of the very best aerobic exercises. I was happy about the quick service receiving it in one day. Even though there was no instruction sheet with it; nevertheless, there are several instructional videos on line showing how to use this product. Since I used to also jump rope in the past in my karate and boxing routines I was able to create a good aerobic workout using this ropeless product.
