Very nice product.

M using insulated Borosil water bottle. It hold heat for 12 to 16 hrs and cold for upto 24 hrs. But this is utter waste. Not holding temp even for 30 min. May be a fake product. Because I can't able to give 0 star m giving 1.

Lid was not good quality. Two of three tiffin broke within one year

Excellent product and value for money, I have been using this product for past 10 months and the product is excellent considering one of the common challange that we don't get proper service after sales but with the borosil I can rate 5/5 , I have dropped an message to the customer service on the lunch box lid damage, surprise after checking the invoice and product image they sent three lid within a week without after chase or follow up. I can suggest only because of high rated customer service.

It was good in the beginning. But after use of six months, the upper lid got teared. so Quality of upperlid is poor. Otherwise other things like storage, leak proof all ok. again bought the upperlid directly from Borosil website,( they have the spare parts/ accesories) But again out four lids bought, three gone with in a one or two months of usage. BOROSIL it's a serious issue they need to look after.
