The product works well. I can fit one imraldi pen. It kept it at 3 degrees Celsius from Dublin to Vietnam, about 25 hours including waiting time at airport. When I got to the hotel it was nice and cool going into the fridge. I probably will purchase the next size up which can fit 3 imraldi pens.

Excellent! Kept my peptides extremely cold for well over 12 hours. Plenty of room in there too, 4 pre drawn syringes and 3 nasal spray bottles. The carry handle on the lid did pop off in my backpack but that’s my fault, 2 second fix. Glad i chose this one over cheaper alternatives with bad reviews.

So so good I genuinely didn’t realise a product could keep stuff cool so long

I bought this in January 2026 for an international trip where I had a long stop over at an airport between flights. In all I was travelling for about 29 hours and this thing kept my insulin at a very comfortable temperature for the whole trip with me opening it at times to take medication.. Since then I've been using it every day in this summer heat that we've been having. The thermomter failed in July 2026, however the display still works. Unfortunately the top lid with the temp display broke - it uses a wire hanging from the lid with a sensor on the bottom. Everytime you open/close the lid the sensor cable gets twisted around the medication with the action. I beleive this is the reason that the temp display failed - it always says 0c - even if it's 30c and the lid has been sitting at room temperature. Disoncare state that there is a 3 year warranty on the lid for any reason if it stops working. I contacted them via their own website and via Amazon 2 weeks ago. I have had no replies from either. The product is fantastic when it works, but I can't recommend it because of the customer service once you purchase it. Amazon has similar products at a cheaper price with a digital temp display. I will now be purchasing one of those.

I purchase this because it was a hard cylinder to keep my injection pens from being damage. Also it was the only long lasting cooler that mentioned my type of pen. Because it stated 60H I also thought that it would be great for my long haul flights to the USA. BUT the temperature rose from 4c to 21c in a matter of 18hrs!! Also it said it was Travel TSA approved, so why did customs take the whole thing apart and heated up my meds even more? I contacted Disoncare and they responded very quickly and gave me a couple of things to try. One being check my freezer goes down to -21c as that might be why it didn't keep cool. So I am doing an trail run to see if that was the case. I'll let you know the outcome later. But would like to say nothing in the instructions says the freezer must go down to -21c UPDATE Did the trial and froze the gel pack for longer it did stay in the temp 2c to 25 range stated but I felt I needed to keep it cool as it did take on the room temps. Anyway, long story short Disoncare have been excellent in responding and are sending me a second gel pack.

I ordered the white one, and although it’s a bit smaller than I thought, but I’ve got to say how impressed I am so far. After freezing the inner container for 4 hours and putting it inside, I’m on 17hrs with the container at room temperature, and it’s still inside only on 1 degree celsius. I bought it for travelling with anakinra (kineret) a biological that must be kept within 2-8 degrees celsius. I can fit 7 of my syringes in, plunger first otherwise it’s harder to fit the thermometer in. (It’s on 3 in the photo as I undid it to put the syringes in) I’ve found it hard to find something reliable enough to take away and haven’t been on a long-haul flight in 18mths since I’ve been taking this drug, now it’s only my illness that prevents travel, not transporting my medication! It’s worth the price for peace of mind, although I wish it was cheaper so I could get two!

Bought this for my Daughter as she has MS and was moving to Australia so wanted something to keep her medication cool (fridge temperature) whilst she travelled. She arrived in Australia and reported back that it kept her medication at the correct temperature- it even comes with a thermometer that you put inside the flask. She mentioned that Security at the airport was very straightforward and it was easy to unscrew to show them what was inside. Maybe a tad expensive but happy to pay knowing that it didn't ruin the medication after travelling for over 24 hrs.

It realistically fits five pens comfortably. The sixth pen is a tight squeeze, and adding it leaves no room for the thermometer. The overall build quality seems fine, but the handle on top of the lid was already detached, so I wouldn’t rely on it for carrying the case around. I haven’t tested it in real‑life use yet, so I’ll update later. For now, the product looks sturdy from the outside. Update: We’ve used this twice now, and it performed well in keeping the bottle’s temperature stable. During the second use, though, both ice packs became noticeably deformed. They were frozen for about 7–8 hours beforehand. Even with the deformation, it still maintained the temperature reasonably well between 2°C and 8°C, but it’s disappointing to see this happening after just the second use. We have a few more flights coming up before we can give this thing a rest, so hopefully it holds up.

Je recommande ce thermo sans soucis pour y mettre les stylos d'insulines, attention la capacité est petite contrairement à la description du nombre de stylos que l'on peut y loger selon le type de stylo car le bloc réfrigérant prend de la place, je conseille de vérifier avant de placer le bloc congelé. Il tiens bien le froid facilement 24h et plus si on l'ouvre pas de trop pour vérifier la température (bien pratique le thermomètre livré avec). A mon arrivée en Espagne au mois d'Aout et très chaud, j'ai mis le thermos avec les stylo d'insuline (5 Humalog et 1Toujéo) dans le petit réfrigérateur de la chambre d'hotel est c'est resté facilement 2 jours en plus bien froid pour testé la capacité de tenir, donc ce qui fait 3 jours sans problème. Je recommande ce produit sans soucis et le vendeur

Ich muss wegen meiner Urtikaria alle paar Wochen Xolair spritzen. Da Xolair gekühlt gelagert werden muss, wusste ich lange nicht, wie ich die Spritzen auf längeren Reisen sicher transportieren soll. Bei einer Reise nach Japan habe ich diesen Insulinkühler ausprobiert. Allein der Flug dauerte etwa 14 Stunden, und mit Zug- und Busfahrten sowie der Fahrt bis zum Hotel war ich insgesamt ungefähr 20 Stunden unterwegs. Ich hatte meine Xolair-Spritzen die ganze Zeit in diesem Kühler und sie blieben problemlos durchgehend kühl. Besonders praktisch und beruhigend finde ich das integrierte Thermometer, da man so die Temperatur jederzeit kontrollieren kann. Auch bei der Sicherheitskontrolle am Flughafen gab es mit dem Kühler keinerlei Probleme. Eine ärztliche Bescheinigung für die Medikamente würde ich bei Flugreisen natürlich trotzdem immer mitnehmen. Ich verwende Xolair 300 mg. Von der Fertigspritzen-Variante passen bei mir drei Stück hinein, von den Pens allerdings nur zwei. Da ich entsprechend mehr Platz benötigte, habe ich deshalb zwei dieser Kühler gekauft. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist das Gewicht: Der Kühler ist schon ziemlich schwer. Das ist bei dieser Art von Kühlbehälter vielleicht nicht überraschend, sollte man bei längeren Reisen aber auf jeden Fall berücksichtigen. Insgesamt war er für meine lange Reise nach Japan sehr hilfreich und hat seinen Zweck zuverlässig erfüllt.

Très bon produit, un maintient au froid exceptionnel. La seringue, avec le bloc de froid, a tenu plus de 24h entre le départ de chez nous et l’arrivée à l’hôtel en ayant fait 2 vols en avion de 12 et 2 heures et tout ça sans le déposer dans n frigo. La température a été maintenu sans souci, je recommande vivement.
