Mae Ploy, Chili Sauce Sweet, 25 Fl Oz

I bought this on Amazon Fresh, never on Amazon Prime based on many reviewers' complaints about broken glass bottles. We love this sauce with many things, chicken nuggets, egg rolls, dim sums, rice, anything that you want some sweetness and spiciness. Keep in mind that the flavor is not hot, more of a mild flavor. You can see lots and lots of chili seeds inside the bottle. Give this a try. We like the versatile uses and the smooth quality. Simple ingredients and excellent flavor. Our go-to sweet chili sauce.

I love this Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce and use it for everything: a dip for meat (especially pork chops), steamed vegetables, and drizzled over broiled cod. It's delicious on sesame chicken! I've also used it on hamburgers and drizzled over scrambled eggs and baked potatoes and as a dip for egg or spring rolls. I've been considering putting it on meat before cooking it in my Instant Pot but haven't done it yet; I would appreciate any comments from people who have tried doing this. I think I can best describe the taste as sweet and a little tangy with a little spicy kick at the end, and this sauce elevates the taste of the food. I have dry mouth syndrome and so I can't tolerate spicy foods because it burns my tongue, but by using only dipping a small amount of Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce is OK and adds flavor to foods. A suggestion: if you put too much on at first until you find out how much is comfortable for you you can take a sip of water while you're chewing the food and it dilutes the heat.

Mae Ploy is wonderous step UP from regular Sweet-Sour Sauce. Fresh, lively flavor and ingredients guarantee a great flavor addition to your food. I'm not big on spicy hot food, but Mae Ploy's gentle heat is just fine. I love this product!

I use it a lot. It is sweet, so you can't use it for everything, but if your fried rice or noodle dish or other Asian recipe needs a little sweetness, it has a small amount of heat and a little flavor of soy sauce. It may have been a mistake, but the big bottle was priced less than the small one.

We buy egg rolls from Sam's club, and it comes with a sweet chilli sauce, but not enough for all the rolls you get. Well, we ordered this sauce, and my wife likes it as well as the sauce that comes with the egg rolls, so now she is happy. It is not too hot, which was what we worried about, and the taste is good.

I've purchased this sweet chili sauce for the second time. It's a great value at this price, and arrived both times with zero damage. I like to use it with the mini Korean-style WonTon's you can buy at the grocery store. Highly recommended at this price.

I love this sauce I put it on everything from steak subs, shrimp, eggs name it . Best sauce ever.

Tasted very good. Spicy and just enough heat. Pours easily and can be put on many foods. Good value for the size of the bottle. Texture wasn't too thick or too thin.

This is very nice flavoured But it is a lot thinner then most helps it mix in with the mayo better
