Product support is missing
Writing this review after 11 months of use. Over the period of time found the nuts and bolts come loose and fall off. One has to be careful and notice it and put it back else you wonts get a similar part. A month ago the hand lever for recliner broke(plastic) . Called Kosmocare they were out of stock of part and there was no ETA when it would be available. Was thinking of fitting a cycle lever as a jugaad. But dont expect support post purchase , this is an expensive wheelchair. All made in China and sold here.

मैने चेर को वापस किया सीट ठीक से सेट नही हो रही थी और उसके नट बोल्ट के कारण बच्चे को चोट लग जाती. प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न करणे के बाद कंपनी ने ₹१५००/- चार्ज किया क्योकी ठीक से पॅक नहीं किया जैसा उन्होंने भेजा था ! ये कस्टमर को लुटने का काम है क्योंकी ये सब हमे प्रोडक्ट kharidne से पहले नहीं बोला जाता ! बहुत ही ghatiya रिटर्न पॉलिसी हैं इस कंपनी की ! और इसमे Amazon वाले हमे कोई मदत नहीं करते

Very good product
Very good product for my 12 year old daughter. Its strong and beautiful product. Managed to assemble without a catalogue. All mechanism works fine. I recommend this product.

Good quality, less precision.
No complain on material quality. Precision is where it needs to improve on. Foot rest is too long (even at the shortest adjustment) and way forward from seating position. Hand rest is too low (even at the highest adjustment). The worst in terms of quality is the legs separator. The spongy part separates from the metal base with slight push....and we all know the danger of only the hard base in between your legs. At least for a 7 year old, the foot rest and leg separators are useless. I will have to improvise it myself.
