Easy to use any helps your protein needs
This product gives you liquid protein you can add to any cool drink. The dose is small and spread over the entire day so it is well tolerated. I was delighted to find this product since I used something like it to cut down on my eating about 20 yrs ago.

Does the job
I’ve tried every protein shake out there and this just seems the easiest and my tummy doesn’t have upset. I just take a 1 oz shot and follow with sprite or something I like. The taste isn’t great but it’s tolerable and quick and meets my current protein needs. It is thick in texture but tolerable. I can’t have vitamin k and most shakes have it. So that’s another thing I like about it.

Smelled terrible
Foul odor and taste. I couldn't risk giving it to my mother, who is recovering from surgery. It was sealed, so I think that's just how it is. I got a similarly named brand also in cherry, wasted quite a bit of money on this.

It works well if you can get it down! It is very tart and hard for me to swallow and keep down.
