PARS KHAZAR Electric Kettle and Tea Maker Set Stainless Steel & Glass & Keep Tea Warm Tray

I bought this tea maker and didn’t even last more than a month and half and when I called to return it, they said it’s only 30 days and that is not available this item anymore. I’m glad this item is not available because whoever bought it probably they had the same problem like me they shouldn’t allow to sell this item in Amazon. Please don’t buy this product from this company. I pay over $100 for over a month and half this product. There’s no customer service or say very bad customer service.

A great tea maker for home- nicely built with quality- we love it..

Stopped working as advertised after two months. Product won’t turn off. Contacted the seller and they said I need to contact Pars Khazar about manufacture warranty. They are located in Iran. Do not buy, product is cheap and defective. Perhaps purchase the extended warranty if you do buy

Great idea, but sometimes the kettle won’t turn off automatically when the water is boiling. I have to flip the switch off manually. And it didn’t start doing this until after the return/exchange date. Except for that issue, it’s great.

We used it no more than 5 times and the element got so hot and melted the cable connected to it. It's a fire hazard and we threw it away. Total waste of $120.

Don’t buy this product. The kettle stopped working after just 2 months. The seller is not helpful and the manufacturer is not responsive at all so there is no warranty.

Great products

The device didn't work when I got. Had to open it up and bend the wires in the base to the proper place to make contact with the connections at the bottom of the kettle. After that fix it works as expected.
