How much water do you have to use?

It says 16oz for a packet but I do it to my liking. I add more water because I find it still taste very sweet with 16oz

Can you use more than 1 packet a day?

I did while I was on Chemo. There is potassium in it so if you are on any prescribed medications I would suggest you check with your doctor.
