These seem to do what they’re supposed to do, and are good quality. They dissolve fast and don’t stick in my throat as long as I drink water first and as I’m swallowing it. My husband and I have used these for over three years, and would recommend them. We have a subscription to have them sent as needed, so we don’t need to remember to buy more before running out. It’s a good product.

I trust Nuticost and always find their supplements to be the best price. However...the seal is a real b...ch to get off and it is always dropping little leftover pieces into the bottle. The part you can't get off makes it a little harder to the the lid on and off. But still 5 stars for the product and the price.
