Handy kitchen tool

I bought this skimmer to replace one I've had for a long time that was starting to get some sharp edges. The strainer is actually better than it appears in the ad. I was afraid it would be on the fragile side, but this is not the case. It's sturdy and appears well made -- a must-have in my kitchen always for frying, draining pasta, and gathering the veggies that invariably sink to the bottom of my soups. 5/5/19

Perfect Skimmer
Great tool to have in your kitchen accessories especially for frying purposes. Use at someone else home and recently purpose my own, hasn't used it at this time but I know it will pass the test when I do; glad to add it to my kitchen tools. Warm soap and water easily cleansed, however, I finish with a hot rinse. Also, can be placed in the dish-washer to clean.

sturdy, work as intended
I needed something to skim off bubbles from top of chicken and beef broth and stew. Saw this online, among many other similar stuff, and gave it a try. The package arrived surprisingly fast in a padded vanilla envelop. With a few adjustments and it became round and ready. It feels substantial and sturdy, easy to use. The handle provides nice grip. Perfect size, it only takes just a couple of times to remove things I don't want from the broth
