Best product out there by far! Meguiar’s products have been keeping my cars awesome since I started using them many years ago! The smell, the performance, and ease of use makes this a perfect product for those going to shows, or just the weekly meet up with friends; it makes your ride stand out! I never really knew how to care for my vehicles until I bought this and watched some videos on how to use it properly. I used to wash my car with dish washing soap, dry with an old beach towel and wax every 6 months or so. What a difference it makes to use these products and use them in the proper sequence and proper method. If this kit came with a couple of clay bars and window cleaner it would be a “complete “ kit. I also purchased the McGuire’s da attachment for my drill and a couple of application pads to make the work easier and it was worth every penny. I cannot say enough about these products from McGuire’s, they are fantastic! It has changed my car care completely.

This is a great kit, and a pretty good value considering everything included.I absolutely love the Ultimate Wax. Long lasting, looks great, easy to apply and easy to buff off. One odd thing I've noted when using it, though. Unlike other waxes, it doesn't look it's best when first applied. When I first used it, I was disappointed a bit after I finished applying. I've never been able to come up with a good word to describe it. It's just not as rich and deep as some other waxes. However, the next day it looked way better. I've read it takes several hours to "cure".The car wash is good stuff as well. It has wax in it and, while it won't substitute for a real coat of wax, does seem to extend the life of the ultimate Wax so I can go longer between coats.The Back to Black is also good, but has to be redone fairly often (at least on my wife's Civic Si). The towels, applicators, and mitt are better than average quality, but don't measure up to the top shelf stuff.Like other's have said, it would be nice if a clay bar were included.The one disappointment in the Ultimate line for me has been the Protectant. It has the nice flat "new car look" I like in an interior protectant and doesn't leave everything looking shiny and feeling greasy. However, it leaves surfaces slightly "tacky" feeling and it smells bad.I've found einszett Cockpit Premium is much better. No tacky feel, smells better, lasts longer, and a little bit goes a long way so the bottle lasts longer. It's more expensive, but I think it's actually cheaper in the long run since I can go longer between uses and can get 6-8 times as many detailing out of a bottle when compared to the traditional protectants.

Got this kit for my son who just bought his first car. The kit was a great kit that lets you clean and polish his new car.

Wanted to give my vehicle some much needed love so I choose this kit. Pretty much has everything needed for getting a vehicle looking good. Comes with high quality towels and applicators so your not using old rags from around the house. Great starter kit or replenishing your car cleaning supplies.

Great kit for cleaning up your car and keeping it that way. I used the compound and got all of the oxidation off the paint on a black 1992 Chevy truck. It used to have alot of white smoky looking oxidation off it, and the compound took it off easily. I did not use the polish, but I waxed it with the Ultimate wax and this stuff is great. I recommend this kit highly to anyone that wants to protect their vehicle and keep it looking awesome.

I absolutely love Meguiar's, used it on all my cars I have owned. This particular kit was interesting because I was low on pretty much all of this and it was the best bang for the buck. Problem is that the bottles aren't designed for shipping and it leaked polish all over the original box from Meguiar's. Not a total lose but not cool at all. Can't say it is Amazon's fault since all they did is stick the box in another box and ship it.Next time, I'll likely buy local rather than online.

I purchased this kit for my husband as a Christmas present. He was delighted with the great selection of products to spiff up his 2000 TransAm/Firebird. The quality of Meguiar's is excellent, and they provided all the polishes, bug and tar removers, washing and cleaning products necessary for a thorough restoration job, as well as the buffers, wipers and wash mitts necessary to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is a do-it-yourselfer when cleaning and preserving that 'special' car!
