Will it fit 2016 Mercedes S550 sedan?

It sure does. Just installed and fits great. People who don’t work in things will find the install fidly. I have the basic tools. Look at YouTube video that walks you through it. The lower battery case may stick but just keep working it after you elevate the release tab. All else fails pull the case as forward as you can and pry it out. Will break off some of the plastic retention rails underneath but enough will remain that it clicks back into place.

Will this work on my 2016 350 E?

Yes it will work fine, your aux. battery is in the trunk where the spare tire would be the nuts that come with the battery are correct 6mm you will need a 10mm socket and ratchet disconnect the ground First and hook it up Last. Use the bolts on the car cables there is a small tab on both cable ends you might have to bend 90 degrees but it works fine.
