Q: Can this be installed on grass?

We installed on grass and just hammered the pegs supplied into the soil. They were then bolted to the frame. So far no issues

Q: does this come with anchors or sold separately

There are large metal pegs supplied that bolt to the frame and go in the ground. It suggests using concrete to ground them but we’ve just hammered them into the lawn and this seems to be sufficient. Very study set

Q: Can this be used on Astro turf?

Good Morning, Thank you for your question! You may use this product on AstroTurf as long as the AstroTurf is on top of a soft surface such as soil\mud, please note that this product must be ground anchored as per the assembly instructions, I hope this help! With kind regards, PLum

Q: What height is the slide platform? how long do i have to wait for the product to arrive?

The deck height is approximately 4ft. We currently advise delivery for items in stock to mainland UK are within 5 working days
