IN SHORT: Great product for outdoor wear in all areas, seems to be hard wearing. Very waterproof, warm and cozy. Great product for a great price. The trousers are so comfy! I'd happily wear them around the house. I wanted to wear them all day! I brought these trousers for a film shoot on the coast so I wanted something that was hard wearing, warm and waterproof these trousers (Soft Shell Fleece Lined) ticked all three boxes and more. I'd tried to find something similar in some outdoor high street retailers but the costs were through the roof and the products didn't offer the same specs that I was looking for in these trousers. I tried them on as soon as they arrived as I was worried they'd be too long but they fitted great just needed a bit of a turn up at the bottom but I'm quite short so do this with all of my trousers. I haven't had the chance to take them up yet but if you were to want to shorten the length it would be a simple job easily done at home with or without a sewing machine. Despite being forecast rain the whole week it kept dry so I didn't get to properly test the resistance in rainy conditions but I ran the legs under a tap of water at home and the water just beaded off like it does with that nano technology stuff. These trousers do not have nanotech but I'd say the water resistance is on a strong par. While out doors next to the sea, on the shoot they kept me comfortably warm, I didn't feel like I was too hot and never felt cold. I had good room to run up and down steps and along the beach. I put them in the washing machine and followed the instructions (30oc and don't tumble dry if you're interested) and they washed well and dried in the liner very well. I would recommend washing inside out to protect the zips and waterproof outer lining. The trousers seemed very hard wearing as I lost my footing and smashed my shin into a truck tail lift... and apart from my dignity being a little bruised my shin and the trousers came away unscathed . The only one negative... if I was to be critical was I could occasionally feel the wind through the knees a little but this wasn't frequent and was no bother to me.

I have been really impressed by the quality of these trousers. They are not just good value for money, but they work very well in keeping you dry. They are light to wear, have a fleece lining which keeps you warm but not hot. Others have asked about the sizing. I am 30” waist and short (5’ 8”). The XL size fits perfectly. With the waist being elasticated there is no need to use the supplied belt to keep them up. I thought the length was slightly long when trying them on, but when worn with working boots, the bottom of the legs sit nicely on the boot, so keeping the water from pouring into the boots making your feet wet. The outer fabric feels like a type of neoprene. It is slightly stretchy allowing for unrestricted movement and the knee area has a reinforced patch which I assume will help prevent wear, especially useful if constantly kneeling. However, the patch is quite thin so doesn’t offer any extra cushioning to the knee which would have been a bonus. There are 3 pockets with waterproof zips. Very pleased with the product. Being a gardener, I work outside in all weathers, so these are ideal. I can thoroughly recommend this product.

Right so clear a few things up. Good and bad. . They’re not waterproof but are water resistant. When I’m out on my postal route and I get caught in showers and light rain nothing gets through. Yet if it’s constant heavy rain then after about hour it will come through. . When you first try them they will be tight around the crouch. Yet like shoes you just have to wear them in. After two days that issue was gone and they’re now very snug and comfortable. . They’re wind proof and very good in cold weather. So far been on -2 haven’t felt the cold on my legs at all. . Easy to wash, pockets are decent size, zips are mostly good but be careful on may busy it. All together they’re great to wear this time of year in the uk and unless you’re in heavy rain for long period they will be great.

Nice and warm with the fleece lining. Been around-4 in work for the last week and even without a base layer, these trousers are quite warm. Combine with a base and they're very warm. Comfortable trousers. Seem reasonably made considering they're generic alibaba.com trousers. All stitching is fine on my pair. Zip pockets are good. Soft shell fabric is good at keeping wind at bay. I can't see them being waterproof at all. May shrug a shower off at best. The fit is bordering on slim I'd say, which I like. I'm 5ft10, around 12 stone and usually wear a 32 trouser. These seem true to size, they are a 32 waist with a stretchy elastic waist which would stretch to a 34 comfortably. Leg length is generous, probably be fine for someone up to around 6ft2. Length is good for me as a machine operator, the legs don't rise up when I'm seated. All in all I'm happy. Hopefully they are durable and stitching doesn't fall apart any time soon.

Comfortable, warm and a good fit. However the knee panels let water in when it rained, both a disappointment and a weird feeling when it happened! as long as your not in heavy persistent, cold rain, good anymore and aaaarrrggghh!!!!

Bought Size: ukL(32-34) 2xxl. Was skeptical about buying these due to price and sizing. I wasn't sure what the quality of these would be like or if they would fit. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I bought them for Go Ape adventures. They are a perfect fit and the comfiest and warmest trousers I have worn. They are a really thick warm material with waterproof soft shell on the outside and really nice fleece lined on the inside. They don't feel cheap at all and there is plenty movement in them. Style is also really nice. Would recommend to anyone buying for any use whether it be, walking, hiking, hill climbing etc.

They fit really well for me, 5'11 80ish kg Size XL on the Amazon order comes with a 3 XL label. These Chinese sizes are crazy, they must be dinky little people in general. Great value for money, they're warm and comfy and seem pretty well made. I'm not expecting Rab quality at this price, but all seams are good, zips all work well. Soft shell isn't water proof more water resistant. These are less water resistant than a north face soft shell jacket I have but they didn't cost that much either. I'll give them a spray of fabsil and they'll be spot on.

Pantaloni comodi, caldi ed impermeabili. Provati in una giornata di trekking nella neve alta, pur bagnandosi leggermente all'esterno, rimangono caldi e asciutti sulla pelle. Materiali validi, i dettagli sono un po' scadenti: la cerniera della tasca sinistra si é rotta al primo utilizzo.

Calzano bene e sono caldi ma soprattutto impermeabili..

A prima vista sembra un buon prodotto, ma indossandoli si sente che la qualità nei materiali non è all'altezza di ciò che si vede così come le cuciture che "scricchiolano" una volta indossati. Il materiale sembra buono ma non credo sia molto traspirante. Per quanto riguarda la vestibilità sono stretti sulle cosce e larghi in vita, consigliati per chi ha le gambe "secche". li ho resi e ho optato per qualcosa di più.
