Not for anyone with a belly
I was hoping this would even out some of my weight gain curves for my wedding. Unfortunately, it pushed everything down and out so I looked pregnant. So it was a no-go. If you have a belly, this is not for you. Was a pain to put on as well. Felt like a seal trapped in a 6-pack plastic rings, rather than having a 6-pack.

Excellent spinal lumbar support
I need spinal lumbar support. This shirt is perfect. Fits perfect to support the lower spine. Highly recommend.

Don this design headfirst! It’s slightly smaller than expected.
Sturdy construction, fits a little smaller than expected, long in the waist, which is good for this wearer. Easy to don headfirst, disregard package instructions to don from legs through neckline, due to T-shirt round collar area. More comfortable than expected in the arms and under arm area. Manages extra breast tissue well without construction. Overall a good product!

Used it for a wedding. Let's face it, It won't make you look like a twig but it will help if you have some minor rolls you need to smooth out. Or if you have some man boobs that need to be flattened. But overall it worked nicely.

Size chart is not accurate to me
The size chart is 100% not comparable to the real product. I got a medium size, and my normal shirt size is medium. This was supposed to be even large for me. But, the original item sized medium can be compared to an xxxs shirt!
