Superb!
So, I’m a dude that cares a lot about my red bottom sneakers. I have multiple pairs and have tried MULTIPLE products geared towards sole protection. Unfortunately, they all stink. These are made for the heels, so I had to be a bit creative… but I was able to apply, and spend quite a bit of time snipping around the shoe… but totally worth it. If you decide to do this, 1 pair covers 1 shoe (10.5 size). If you have a 12+ shoe size, I reckon you may need 3 of the tiles (1.5 pairs) to cover 1 shoe. I also found it easier to skip the “tracing the outline of the shoe” and basically skipped to putting the protector on and using scissors to do a cut out. The product isn’t horribly sticky on scissors that it caused issues. I’ll be buying these routinely for all of my designer shoes.

Worked great! Easy to apply.
I purchased these to add to the bottom of some designer shoes that I wanted to help protect & add some better traction to. The bottoms were kind of slippery leather and these helped not only give better traction, but offer a layer of protection to keep the paint on the bottom. I wish they were a little less pricey because I want to buy more for other shoes. However, I actually did manage to make one set work on two pairs, which helps. Anyways, I recommend and will buying more packs. I've not tried to remove them yet so can't give feedback on that.

Not 100% Clear, but high quality.
These seem to be very high quality, and installation was easy. The reason I dropped a star was the title said "Clear Sole Protectors" I didn't see in the listing where it showed that it was more of an opaque/transparent due to the texture. I was in a hurry when ordering, but I wouldn't consider it actually clear. My wife said she's ok with the texture since they are for her boots. The thickness and material is much better than the standard 3m products that are actually transparent. So I think they'll be really good for our use, but want others to be aware that they're only 80% or so transparent.

Easy Application
I kept going back and forth if I should use these, or go bare. I eventually want to get these shoes resoled. They are brand new and I will be wearing them for the first time at the end of the month. One of my concerns would be that it would rip the red sole off, but I figured if I eventually plan on resoling, then I would give it a try. After the application of the left shoe, I had a bubble and wanted to slightly shift it over. I carefully removed the whole sticker and it did not damage nor peel any of the red paint. I figured this is a good sign being that the sticker was freshly applied.

An excellent solution!
These went on a pair of my wife's Valentino Rockstud heels. She was super picky about what to do to prevent slippage and protect the soles as they are literally a $1000 pair of shoes. Our local cobbler wanted $50 to add protective soles - sure, a price that is acceptable given the price of the shoes, but the shoe's sole curves up slightly and what the cobbler would add would impact the aesthetics. Nothing I'd care about for a pair of my tactical or work boots, but something important to a lady trying to look her best on a special night out. These ShoeSkins are relatively inexpensive, are simple to work with, easy instructions for application and I was able to cut just the right shape to keep them hidden from the side. My wife strutted elegantly on our night out and they worked like a charm. Buy with confidence!

Simply will not stick properly
They just will not stay stuck down!!! They have been on for a month now, I followed all instructions, even tried the hair dryer as the video suggested, and they are still peeling up at the edges! And the one pictured even has it bubbling in the middle! I haven't worn these at all because I just don't know what to do here... I don't want to wear them without protecting the bottom, but these aren't working. And the bad thing is, I have 2 sets for 2 pairs of the same shoe, so now I don't want to bother with the other pair. Any advice from the seller would be appreciated, otherwise I will have to trash them and buy another brand *sigh

If you can put a screen protector on your phone, you got this.
If you can put a screen protector on your phone, you got this. I was terrified to death that I was going to mess this up. But it is exactly as a title says. As I was beginning to apply the first one, I realize that it’s not different from applying the screen protector to your phone. Don’t pull off the entire paper back like the instructions says to do. instead, pull off a little bit at a time, maybe even just an inch at a time. Press as you go along and spray it with a quick shot of heat from your hair dryer and then move onto the next inch. Definitely make sure to cut past the trace of your shoe. It really does help to be able to pull up and protect the edges. I noticed that you really need a sharp and small scissor to cut away the excess. I had a very sharp 2 inch sewing scissor. Attaching my first attempt and my second attempt. In the first attempt, I had taking their advice and pulled off the entire paper backing almost and then resulted in lots of air bubbles which I pricked with a needle per the directions. On the second attempt, you can see that there’s almost no air bubbles because I pulled an inch away at a time as I was pressing and heating the plastic. I’ve highlighted the “excess” it cut. As you are blow drying it also, the plastic begins to really hard in and get thick. Which is a good thing.

The jury’s still out…..
I bought and followed the directions, but when I peeled the backing off, it left small bits of the paper stuck to the edge of the sticker along the cut line which I had to pick off with my finger nail. UGH! I hade sharp scissors….?! Also, it did NOT adhere along all the edges despite me using a blowdryer. I got the edges to lay down and then it would slowly start to lift. Dirt would get under the sticker and either ruin the shoe or compromise the pad. I’m not giving up quite yet, I really want to maintain and save my Christian Louboutin pumps so I’m giving it one more try with a different pair of scissors and a different technique. I may just stick the entire sticker on the bottom of the shoe and use a box cutter to trim the edges….?
