Easy to use and very strong!

These made the transfer of our tinder turkey from the Roster to the plate a easy job. Our Turkey was really tinder this year. With out these there would have been a broken bird on the table. I can not hardly wait to try them on roasted whole chickens. MMM MMMM Good. I would recommend to all my friends who cook.

We purchased these lifters with our stainless steel roasting pan thinking that they would be a good tool for lifting the turkey from the pan. However, when it came down to the wire and we needed to lift the turkey we realized that if we were to puncture the bird before it had fully rested we would have juice all over the counter. Since we brine our bird it is important to let it stand for up to 30 minutes after being removed from the oven. It's during that resting time that we use the pan to make our pan gravy so the bird has to be removed. So these lifters work well with any meat that doesn't have to rest to let the juices redistribute before carving. Works great with ham!

Great for lifting turkeys and large roasts. These replaced older forks that had wooden handles that kept falling apart. Since these are all one piece that is not a problem.

I'm not sure why it took me so long to discover this kitchen tool. Brilliant. Fantastic. This was the first Thanksgiving where I didn't burn myself, or bend a fork, or ruin a kitchen towel when I removed the turkey from the pan. They're ideal for a task that seems simple yet often creates problems. Stiff tines; solid balance; good quality stainless steel that washes easily. I used these big forks to remove a 22-pound turkey from the roasting pan without any fuss, drama, or mess. I expect this set of turkey lifters to last for many, many years. Very happy with the purchase.

Amazing tool. After 20 years of raising our own turkeys, and being stuck with that giant Tom no one wanted to buy (or cook!), I finally broke down and bought a big roasting pan. I decided to step up even another notch and pass on using huge grilling spatulas, sturdy wooden spoons and towels to get these huge, hot birds out of the pan. Thanksgiving Day, I firmly stuck a Turkey lifter on either side, into the thigh and below the breast. I got a good grip and lifted that bird right up and onto the half-sheet pan I carved from. For a split second I thought it was coming out of the bird it lifted so easily. Wow! If these don't rust, they will be one of my favorite kitchen tools ever! I really like my stainless steel turkey and roast lifters. They make lifting a turkey, roast or ham easy. The quality is great and wash up easy too.

These are well made and have some weight to them. They should last for years

Ok I needed these turkey lifters.. I used them in the Instant pot to lift out whole chickens and for the oven to remove my large turkey or chickens. It worked so well that I purchased a second one.
