Are these bar bar height?? Also, is this a unit of one or two per order?

Yes, these are bar height. You only get one per order. They are great quality and easy to assemble. We painted the frame white and stained/poly the seat. Great looking and great quality and great price.

I have a narrow bar so i would like to know how far these stick out when completely pushed up to the wall.

From the wall to the back of the chair is 17.5 inches. That is at seat level. Higher up on the back of the chair it is around 18 inches from the wall.
