UPDATE January 2023 - still intact and still looks good. I’m beyond pleased. This is very cute, easy to put together and reasonably well made. Would make an attractive chill space for an indoor pet although rabbits will likely chew on the wood. It is NOT, however, appropriate as a stand-alone house for any animal, even though it is advertised as such. Is would be a matter of seconds for any raccoon, fox or skunk to break open and get to your pet. I’m using it as a private nesting box inside of a well-fenced hen yard. The stain is very, very lightly applied and I doubt this would last more than a season anywhere it rains much. I added two coats of marine varnish and so far it’s staying dry. Despite the limitations I will order another if it survives this winter. They really are attractive as a nest box and cheaper than I could make it myself.

Easiest assembly I've ever done. Very cute and decent size and hopefully quality! I haven't yet put outside for my 2 bunnies but I will update if need be. There is no pull out tray but I honestly hate those because they are usually metal of some sort and up rusting and rotting holes through over time. Easy removable floor slatting so my bunnies poop can fall through somewhat any how. Overall I'm very hopeful this will work out!

Easy to put together. The bunny loved it. Seems sturdy. The top of the box has a rough asphalt look to it and my biggest issue is if you touch rub anything against it it flakes everywhere. Also the bottom slates should be closer together. Instead things can drop through the slates and the bedding falls through.

I’m a couple months late but man this little house is great. Great for cats and bunnies. If it is kept under a roof like this it stays pretty clean. We left it out for a couple months to the weather and it did gain a bit of mold like any material would. But it is still standing. It does allow for protection of the wind… it does stay much warmer inside when placed with blankets and a little bed. The bunny did start to bite off the back of it… but it’s a bunny, that’s expected!

It’s a very cute little hutch. For the most part, it’s fairly easy to assemble. Though it is made of a very soft wood and damages easily. I could literally push the nails in without having to screw them in much. There are no words on the instructions, just pictures. So it can be a bit confusing to assemble. I definitely would NOT call this weatherproof. It has shingle-like material on the roof, but the wood itself is not sealed. It is coated with a chalk-like paint and will easily mold if moisture seeps into the wood. Fortunately I am intending this hitch for indoor use, but I would not recommend it for outside use. Overall sturdiness is okay. Before I gave it to my bun, I covered the bottom with a plastic liner because it will be a nightmare to clean. Honestly for the price and quality, it’s a 3/5.

UPDATE: It's put together and looks/works good. I read another reviewer who mentioned the wood was soft and easy to screw into. I tried again, by hand, and noticed the holes are predrilled on some parts, but not the receiving ends. I then found the wood definitely soft enough to receive the screws. So it's a bit of a double edged sword that the wood is so soft and no drill needed, (yay), but also the quality is the wood is not very great. But I am way happier with wood over plastic, it's cheap price and ease of assembly. ******* OLD PARTLY INACCURATE REVIEW: Had I known I would have to drill the holes for all of the screws (about 20 of them - I wouldn't have purchased. Buyers need to know this ahead of time because there are plenty of people who are not handy enough - or don't even own drills - to do something as simple as drill holes.

March 2026, I purchased this in November of 2023. I went to lift the lid and it fell off the hinges. the whole back roof was rotted. It's only a little over two years old. It says CO-Z OUTDOOR (outdoor means it can be out in the weather, right.! I am very disgusted with the condition after two years. I think it deserves a REFUND it certainly is NOT weatherproof like it says it is.

Very easy to put together! Simple directions and it is made out of soft wood- so it was easy to screw in the screws (and the holes are slightly pre drilled to help). I like the quality- real wood and painted nicely. Smelt like pine but also not like pine? It was a nice smell, just not expected. Super cute! There is a stray/someone's outside cat (we don't know, no collar but VERY friendly. Seen him since last year when we moved in) who often rests in our yard, so seeing if he would like to rest in here with a self heating bed inside (not electric).

Easy to put together, looks great, easy to clean, all around a great product! Feral cats love them so much I just ordered 2 more. These will keep them dry and warm in winter months.

Disappointed buy . There are obviously clear defects. Not recommended to buy this item . Delivery speed is fine. Not worth to buy at SGD 100+
