We are replacing 1383 Bulbs in a camper. Will these bulbs work as replacements?

they should work fine. the base is the same as 1156, however they won't be as tall as the 1383 bulbs. so if you have a deep fixture, the light may shine more like a spot rather than a flood and astetically they might not look right.

These didn't work when i tried to use them as a replacement for 1141 bulbs. i tried 4 and none of them would turn on at all. what should i do?

Maybe the led bulbs are defective.I had a problem with some of them. 4 LEDs lasted about 5minutes.
