Nutrition diet
A good way to start a day specifically for ladies who are unable to cook breakfast early due to busy schedule. It is nutritious and gives body adequate energy to work for 2 hrs without eating anything else along with that it also helps in weight management due to zero fat content. Soak in water before sleeping and eat in the morning mixing lemon, honey in luke warm water.

I've been using sorich chai seeds regularly. The product is absolutely worth the money .The packaging looks promising and the product is very clean and clear. If you thinking of getting Chai seeds look mo further but Sorich products .You will be pleased .

Bad product.
This is the worst chia seeds so far. I have tried about 3, 4 brands till now but this has so much of dust or non edible black grains of dust which float after soaking for a while. Highly recommend not to buy this and waste your money. Amazon please don't sell this product. It's bad for your reputation too.
