I have been taking I Caps with Lutein, on the advice of my Dr. for several years now. I had trouble ordering this last time, because apparently they changed the packaging. It was quite confusing, but when I compared the amount of Lutein and the actual pill, color & size, they appeared to be the same ones I had been taking. This is a great Multi-vitamin with extra eye support. :)

I-Caps are frequently prescribed by physicians in treating macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. They are one of the best available choices in supplementing specific medications used for these illnesses. But I also use them because MV I-Caps are an excellent all-purpose multiple vitamin. A quick reading of the label reveals that they contain a broad spectrum of vitamins needed on a continuing basis, and that these vitamins are included in correct amounts for good general health. They give good support without exceeding sane levels of vitamins; they don't give the overdoses that some brands use to appeal to vitamin freaks. This is why I like them for serious eye problems as well as overall health purposes.The Amazon prices for these items are better than I have found at competing local stores, and the mail-order delivery is quick and convenient.

I have taken these for years by recommendation from my Optometrist. My macular is good and the cataracts are minimal for my age. I am sure taking this supplement is very helpful in maintaining health.
