I will start with negatives. It is heavy. The provided fork is tiny and foldable. The food description lack English language. There is no toilet paper, or moist towels but there is pack of tissues. Now positive. It lasted me whole day. Just like on the box. The water purification tablets are very good, they do not leave any bad aftertaste like oasis ones. There is quite some meat in both meals. So it if filling and nutritious. Breakfast , drinks and sweets provide good fiber and glukose and vitamin source. There is enough heater tablets for the stove to cook two cups of water and two meals. Do not brake tablets in half. Use one per one use otherwise you won't be able to boil the water. To boil the cup of water it costs two tablets. One after another. You also have to have a full metal cup. Overall it's ok, but remember you need about 2l of water minimum and proper spork and cantine with a lid or a cup. I test rations at home before taking one to field. That's why photos are in the kitchen. The cheese foundee I found to be the worst item in terms of taste. The rest is ok. Main meal is very pleasant , the sweets are very sweet.
