Warwick Enterprises Adjust A Heel Lift, Medium (Pack of 2)

I received one of these to try from my physical therapist then came here to purchase more because they are just what I need. Whether they are in sneakers, flats or my heels, they have worked perfectly. I have used them always, but am impressed with how comfortable they are to wear for walking, Zumba, weight training, and every day wear. My back feels so much better. I can’t recommend these enough!

My 12 year old son has Osgood-Schlatter disease. He is an athlete and it has made things very challenging for him. I had purchased him lifts from the podiatrist, but found these on Amazon and gave them a try. They are amazing! They are great quality and the suede prevent prevents my son’s foot from slipping in his shoes. They also have great adhesive. I have ordered more to put in his regular shoes. He also has put these in his soccer cleats and has found pain relief. I would highly recommend them. He says they are comfortable and provide him with more support.

I've used these two times after both of my hip surgeries. They are great help with the length difference while my legs adjust. Easy to use and adjust as needed (peeling off individual layers) - highly recommend

I only need the height of one layer. The top layer seemed like the best choice. The rubber layers sloped down and are very comfortable together. However the top (most attractive) layer ends abruptly right at the sole (mid-foot). Instead of tapering to a thin layer there is a 1/8 hard rubber line where the insert ends. It is very uncomfortable on the sole of the foot. I had to ditch that layer and put the two rubber pieces together. Then they were unnoticeable.

they make very good products .They fit and form inside the shoe. try them you will not be sorry.

I'm really pleased with these inserts. My chiropractor recommended that I try them as I have a slight length discrepancy in my legs. I find them really comfortable. I was worried that I would feel a difference in the sole of my shoe when walking but I don't, they feel fine and my back pain has greatly diminished. I wear a women's size 10 shoe and have found that they fit my shoes perfectly and they also stay in place really well. They were really easy to apply, some of my shoes have removable insoles and so I just stuck them underneath. In the shoes without removable insoles I just fit them over the insoles and they haven't moved at all. I'm really glad I chose this brand, they're really supportive and are made from high quality materials.

Very useful as I have one leg about 1/2 inch shorter than the other.

I have purchased this product before, as I need to wear a lift in one shoe to even out my leg length. I wish these lifts lasted longer--I have to replace them every few months, sometimes more often, even when I am rotating between several different lifts at once. In addition, they are not nearly as adjustable as the advertising suggests. Yes, they are in several layers that can be pulled apart, but there are two major problems with this: 1) pulling apart the layers often causes the rubber sole to tear, creating an uneven surface, and 2) once the soles are pulled apart, they are MUCH less sticky and do not go back together well. I will continue to purchase this product because I need it, but I wish it were better made.
