Redoing countertops and need a tape border on the edges to prevent epoxy top coat from running off. Would this work?

Maybe, if you built up enough layers with it; the tape itself is fairly thin. My concern would be if it's going to get stuck to the epoxy if it's going to be right up the edge of it. Either spray it down with some release agent or go with something else with a more slick surface.

Would this tape work to secure a keyboard sustain pedal from sliding on stage?

Yes, if there is a part of the pedal over which you could place the tape. Another alternative would be to create a "loop" of tape with the sticky side out which would be placed between the bottom of the pedal and the stage.

does this tape pull if your hairy?

Good morning the tape can hold onto chest hair and such if left in place and subject to climate if you plan to use the tape for hair removal, speaking to people who have tried it is not up to the job
