Uhr 100 Jahre Chronograph Alarm Leuchtblatt 8680

This is a gorgeous watch. It looks far better even then the images online. It's elegant and well made. I don't understand some of the comments about the weight. I own a number of very nice watches and this has a perfect weight for it's size. If it were heavier it would be less comfortable. The detailing and the finishes are beautiful. The only thing I might add is that configuring for the alarm is slightly tricky, but once it's coordinated, it seems to be easy enough to set and engage. It is so hard to find a traditional chronograph with an alarm, but after my wonderful alarm Timex stopped working, this is a very classy replacement. One note I would make is that the vendor I purchased from was actually from Portugal, which was fine, but they shipped this with FedEx which was a disaster. They required a signature but never rang my bell, then lied 3 days in a row about having tried to deliver it while I sat on my porch waiting for it, and finally wouldn't even let me sign for my own package at the holding facility because of FedEx policy (despite the kind woman behind the counter). I almost didn't get the package at all because they were one day away from sending it back to Portugal. I don't know what FedEx is like where you are, but if it's the same deal, check and make sure the vendor you choose picks another carrier.

Love the look of this watch with the white chrono and the domed glass. The full lumination is very cool, but not overbearing. Works great, looks and feels high quality for the price.

Nice looking watch

Very nice watch in terms of appearance and fit. It is well presentable for day or night activity.

In the current era we live in, I find it noteworthy that a watch seller can be depended on for outstanding service, timeliness and quality; my 8680-3 just arrived today in excellent working condition and with all pertinent paperwork. I enjoy the fact that I can get lost in the beauty of the craftsmanship of my new timepiece and that the seller is merely the presenter and expediter of that experience. Nothing but a positive review of the seller and an astonishingly beautiful piece of German craftsmanship. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment of this very special watch. Thank you. 6 years later update: I still love this watch and I have taken it to one watch repair shop to replace the battery and for maintenance. Other than that i’ve changed out for different straps and bands etc and it is still a good conversation starter. Absolutely satisfied and definitely recommend if you can still buy it or find it. I know that the style and feel of a watch is a very personal thing but for me this watch is stunning, far better than expected. It looks and feels that it should be more expensive and is a pleasure to wear.

No puedo tener una valoración más acorde a mi satisfacción. Un "made in germany", aunque realmente con un corazón suizo (Movimiento Ronda 5130D). Técnicamente perfecto. Acero inoxidable cristal Hardlex (creo). Cronógrafo y alarma. El fabricante del movimiento declara 4 años de pila, lo que está muy bien. Estéticamente es muy agradable. No es pesado y su visualización es muy nítida al estar tan contrastado el color de manecillas y esfera. El toque del "glow" (luminiscencia) de un precioso verdoso al pasar de la luz a una zona sombría es encantador. Se aprecia una cuidada edición. Incluso el detalle de que la tarjeta de garantía tenga al otro lado un facsimil de una tarjeta de embarque en la línea de dirigibles, del año 1935 es un cuidado detalle que dice mucho del cariño puesto en el diseño. Tened, eso si, presente que se trata de un 40mm, a evaluar si tienes una muñeca angosta. Pero aún así...

Very good and high quality watch. I missed a classical watch, the switch from the smart watch to this one was quite quick.

Reçue pour l'instant il y a 5 jours, emballée très convenablement bien que sans fioritures, fournie avec sa boîte et ses papiers d'origine. Diamètre de 43mm qui me convient très bien (poignet de 19cm de circonférence), cadran de bonne facture et verre bombé pour une épaisseur totale de 13mm. La luminescence est très bonne et se voit même bien avant la pénombre, la montre prend facilement une teinte bleu-vert quand elle est exposée au soleil. Le look résolument rétro est une affaire de goût, le boîtier me semble travaillé avec un bon niveau de finitions dans cette gamme de prix. Je ne retire pas de point mais je suis moins fan du bracelet (22mm) pour l'instant. Attention il est taillé pour les poignets larges, je suis deux crans avant le dernier avec mes ~19cm. Il aussi très rigide mais paradoxalement il prend des marques facilement sur sa surface extérieure. À voir sur la durée… La lisibilité reste bonne malgré un cadran plutôt chargé, le réglage de l'alarme est assez simple, son activation/désactivation également. Côté précision c'est pour l'instant difficile d'être sûr, mais sur 5 jours le mouvement quartz Ronda n'a pas dévié d'une seconde, ce qui me semble un bon indice. La couronne et les poussoirs sont de bonne facture et n'ont aucun jeu, les manipulations sont fluides. Bref une bonne montre germanique qui affiche une qualité en rapport avec son tarif, à mes yeux.
