Can I hook up a blow off tube to this fermenter? And dose amozon carry a blow off tube that would fit it?

Easiest way to use a blow off tube with this fermenter would be to take some 1/4" tubing and push one end though the hole in the stopper and drop the other end down into a container of sanitizer.

What size stopper does this take?

Whatever you use for a stopper has to fill the 1 3/4” hole in the lid. But stopper for it .should come in the kit
