I'm a 5'8" guy. And some adult-sized mouth guards are just too big for my smaller-than-average mouth. I had read a review on another site about a person who had a similar problem They tried a youth-sized and it fit them. Since this mouth guard is pretty cheap, I figured I would give it a shot. It works perfectly for me. It completely covers my back molars. And there's not too much material to make me gag. When I open my mouth, it stays in place. Very happy with it.

Runs a little small but good quality mouthpiece

They wouldn’t shape to the kids’ mouth! It was ridiculous! I’ve done the process many times before and these just wouldn’t shape. Don’t buy it

Followed instructions but first attempt to fit was unsuccessful. Had difficulty reforming for second attempt and had to dispose of it.

My son liked this one. Said it was very comfortable seemed to fit his top teeth and molded well. Not as thick and strong as some. I could see it also being used as a night guard if needed due to that fact

IT was ok. we did everything as instructed and it practically lost it's mold.

Cut down easily, took a quick dip in hot water and set it while running to the car. I don’t know if you are supposed to have the luxury of time when you do these, as my kids always realize last minute that theirs is missing. I’m glad this is quick, easy, and molds well. I hope not to test any other attributes.

I bought this because it says it fits well over braces, we couldn’t get it on over his braces. My son is only 7 so I bought the kids size (10 and under) and it’s way too small. Bummed we opened it and can’t return it!

Choose you size wisely. Also don't put it in boiled water will melt away and shrink.
