Great Product
Have had no issues with these. They can run expensive at times, but just look out for deals. No upset stomach, not thick, and good flavor. I can't have caffeine and these still give me the boost of "energy" I need. I've tried other brands as well as ones with no maltodextrin, or only natural ingredients and they just don't do it for me. Will reccommend this brand to anyone. Better than Spring, Huma, Gu, Cliff, Hammer, Maurten, and Honey Stinger.

Expensive but good
It seems to be well tolerated and helps my endurance on bike rides. It is supposed to be isotonic so water not required but I always drink some water with.

Cough drop flavor but great for running.
I am a fan of SIS gels but this flavor is awful. It tastes like medicine. Unfortunately I bought the 30 pack. So the recommendation is try all the flavors before you commit.

The best Gels
You don't need to be an athlete, you could just be a blue collar laborer with an eating problem, or a hiker with pack weight concerns, or just be in a rush. Problem solved... or at least abated for an hour per gel. Cherry and vanilla are the best so far, they taste like slurpee and pudding respectively. Lemon lime is great too, similar to the Gatorade flavor. The salted and caffeinated ones are an acquired taste though their useful as well...

The product is good, but the merchandise arrived in PR and has not been delivered to me.

Gross. It’s thickness is somewhere between a gel and milk, and as soon as it hits your mouth, it feels like it sticks inside, making it impossible to swallow. The flavor is barely there, and every inch of your body wants you to reject it as soon as it enters.
