Looks good and does the job
The ceramic tortilla warmer was given as a gift to my son who was really pleased. Once heated it then retains the heat of the tortillas well. It looks good too, better than the plastic alternatives, and good enough for the table.

Poor quality
This product was bought for us as a gift for Christmas and chipped in 2 places on first use (photo attached) - not the high quality durable material advertised. So disappointed as it’s a beautiful item that shouldn’t have chipped so badly on first use. Can’t find a way to contact the seller to see if this is a one off fault with this one item as product showing as no longer available.
