Can I adjust the volume right on the speaker?

You have to adjust the volume on the device you are using to connect to the speaker via bluetooth. I use my iPhone so I adjust the volume on that.

can you answer the phone?

No. While you can hear the phone RINGER through the Moxie, you cannot answer the call or talk to the caller through it. You will also hear the "Beep" when a text or e-mail message arrives, or when your Calendar reminder tones go off (on the phone)-- but you can't take any action with them until you get out and dry off. :-) The Moxie is a one-way speaker that just acts as an extension (and amplifier) of the phone's speaker (but not its microphone i.e. the part into which you speak to a caller).

Is it a showerhead filter as well?

It is not a filter. It is simply a showerhead with a good speaker system. I have the 2.0 GPM version, and I have sufficient pressure for a nice shower experience.

Does this package come with the tape?

Very small tape provided. But that is all you will need
