Anyone know of a cut sheet for this? I'm doing a model of the enclosure I'm making and would like to take into account the dimensions needed for it.

So side to side, holes are 2-3/8ths apart
Top to bottom, holes are 2-3/4ths apart
Inner dimensions it needs about an inch deep to clear caps
And it's 4-1/16th by 3-3/4 with 45* rounded corners.

What size power adapter plug is needed?

The power plug input is a standard 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel connector.  I am using the male part from this set:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072BXB2Y8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I'm using a 24v power supply set to output 21 volts (higher voltage =  less amperage through the wire. I'm using this power supply.  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GFSVHLS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1  No issues in almost a year with either the plate amp or the power supply.

Don't be tempted to go cheap with the power supply.  Stable, clean power is the most important thing with electronics, with cooling right behind that.  The power supply I'm using will supply up to 20 amps of current at any voltage within it's range.  There's not a wall wart or laptop power supply that will do that.  It's overkill to be sure, but I never have to worry "Is power the issue?" if I ever run into issues with the plate amp.

Question 4

Does the adjustable crossover effect both the satellite speakers and the subwoofer or just the subwoofer and the satellite speaker crossover is fixed?

The channel select switch give you 2 options: 2.1 which has a high pass filter at 100Hz for the satellites and .1 for a low pass of 100Hz for the sub.
